The Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Foundation was established to receive and administer charitable gifts made on behalf of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. We are recognized under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code as a non-profit corporation. All gifts to the Franciscan Foundation are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

The Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Foundation works with grateful patients and families, doctors, nurses, employees and community leaders to raise funds to improve healthcare for our community through programs and services at Virginia Mason Medical Center - St. Michael Medical Center.

The donations we receive enable these hospital sites and programs to provide an exceptional level of care — care that’s not always covered by fees and reimbursements.
