Spencer is a lifelong resident of the 26th District. After graduating from Gig Harbor High School, he earned a B.A. with honors from Gonzaga University and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law.
Spencer is involved in the local business community, as co-owner of a real estate company with offices in Port Orchard, Gig Harbor, and Silverdale. He is active in supporting the community through involvement with great local volunteer and non-profit organizations.
In addition to his experience as a community volunteer and business owner, Spencer served on the Gig Harbor City Council from 2017 to 2019 and the Gig Harbor Planning Commission from 2013 to 2017.
