Compass Legal Services, P.S. (CLS) is a Kitsap County based law firm located in Silverdale, Washington serving all of our local communities. Our firm provides constructive legal solutions in Family Law, Divorce, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Business Startup & Incorporation. Compass Legal Services, P.S. was founded in 2014 by Attorney Heather Forrler. Attorney Forrler has been practicing law in Kitsap County for nearly two decades. She is a seasoned attorney specializing in Family Law, Divorce, Estate Planning, Personal Injury and Business Startup, Incorporation and Contracts.

Associate Attorney Eric McDonald, is a retired Lieutenant Commander of the United States Navy and former JAG Corps officer. Attorney McDonald is natively bi-lingual and provides legal services in both Spanish and English. His practice areas include Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Tenant Representation in Landlord Tenant matters, Federal Employment Discrimination matters, and legal services for Military Personnel. Eric is a past chair of the WSBA LAMP division.

Associate Attorney Sam Wyco joined our team in 2019 and has consistently proven himself as a truly exceptional attorney. Attorney Wyco practices in Family Law, Divorce, Personal Injury, Business Startup and Contracts. In addition to he J.D, Mr. Wyco also holds an MBA from West Virginia University.
